Welcome to Mystack. These Terms govern your use of the Mystack app and services (“Mystack”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Mystack is a money-organisation layer for Nigerian businesses and groups. We help you automatically split incoming payments across “buckets”, each with its own bank account number, and move money to your chosen bank. Mystack is not a bank and does not hold your money. Your funds are held in accounts provided by our licensed banking partner (Flutterwave Technology Solutions Ltd, licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria) and the underlying banks.
You must be at least 18 years old, resident in Nigeria, and provide a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN) and accurate information. Business accounts must be operated by an authorised person.
To comply with CBN and anti-money-laundering rules, we verify your identity using your BVN and other details before opening accounts. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts where verification fails or fraud is suspected.
Each bucket is a real account at a licensed bank. Money paid into a bucket is split and held according to your settings until you withdraw it or it auto-settles to a bank account you choose. You are responsible for your bucket configuration (for example, setting aside tax).
We may charge a small fee on withdrawals and a margin on inflows. Current fees are shown in the app before you confirm a transaction. We’ll give notice before changing fees.
You may invite others to contribute to a bucket via a public link. You are responsible for how you use contributions you receive. Mystack is not party to any agreement between you and your contributors.
You must not use Mystack for fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any unlawful activity. We monitor transactions and may report suspicious activity to the authorities and freeze funds where required by law.
We work hard to keep Mystack reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Mystack is not liable for indirect losses, or for delays/failures caused by our banking or identity partners. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You can stop using Mystack at any time after withdrawing your funds. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms or legal/regulatory reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including CBN regulations and the Nigeria Data Protection Act / NDPR.
